NANAK FILMS is a Indian Company, and an established Production House, Promoted by Mr.Parasram Janjimal Devnani, Mr.Jagdishkumar P.Devnani and Mr.Jagdish Thakurdas Jashnani, was incorporated as a Partnership Firm in the Year 1971. This firm was latter taken over by Mr.Jagdishkumar P.Devnani, as Sole Proprietor. in the Year 1977.

Thereafter in the Year 1978, it was changed to NANAK FILM PVT. LTD,  with Mr.Jagdishkumar P.Devnani and Mrs.Mohini Parasram Devnani, as Directors, thereafter the Resignation of Mrs.Mohini Parasram Devnani, in the Year 1986, Mrs.Jyoti Jagdish Devnani and Mr.Vishal Jagdish Devnani, were appointed Directors in the Year 1986 and 2002.
